Hi, I just bought this machine from my brother and I'd like to know what I've got.  '<img'> I bought it for $150 and it works. All 3 chambers dispense and the lights work too. There's a plaque on the bottom front that says "Choice Vend".

I plan on cleaning it and using it but just want to know what I've got.  Want to know if there's a web site I can go to that I can get parts for it if needed.  How do I set the dip switch to vend for .05 or even for free?? Any help would be appreciated '<img'>

Welcome - looks like a nice clean machine.
Most of the people around here and most of the restoration places deal with machines a little older than yours.
You can make a freevend switch.  Details are located here: http://soda-machines.com/cgi-loc....6;t=871  If you post the model number on the coin mechanism there is probably someone here who can help you set it to a different price
There should be a tag on your machine with a model number.  If you go here you should be able to find your machine: http://soda-machines.com/machines/index.html

Hello & Welcome

With that machine beer vending would not be a problem.  Most of us have bottle vending machines but I would like to get can vending machine.

Post a picture of the inside of your machine & we should be able to help with the price change.

I have the twin to that in Coke. I love my Choice Vend. It's perfect for the teens that flock to my house on the weekends.

As a matter of fact, last evening I had one of the younger teen boys stand out in the garage and stare at my machines in awe.
He came in and said this place is so cool. Now all you need is a pool table in the garage. (but where would I put my machines as I buy them)?

My machine will hold up to 10 cartons (2- 12 count in each column plus room for more) of soda and we sometimes cant keep up with the kids. Especially in the summer. I have it set at .25 may need to up that this summer. '<img'>

The machine is a Cv168. I have an identical machine in storage right now. They vend both bottles and cans and are great machines as long as they still work and are complete. Parts are hard to come by. I am taking mine and a few other machines to the flea market this weekend. Yes that does mean that I won't be going to Chicago. I just don't have the cash and don't need to buy any more right now.

I heard recently that in some parts of the world, people actually keep cars in their garages!  Can you imagine that?

I have heard of that. Right now 7 machines and two old refrigerators live in mine but they are slowly making there way into storage.

I SO wish that I OWNED my own storage unit so I could collect even more machines for long term. It is just not affordable to rent a unit and pay big bucks for it monthly. Until then, my half of the garage is filling up and I too can't park in mine.

I very rarely park in my half of the garage.  Every time I sell enough to fit again another project comes along and fills it up.

Kito if you venture out of the city you can find affordable storage. I went about 10 miles out and found a unit that is really close to where I will be starting to work on my machines. I have a 5X10 and a 10X10 storage unit for a whoping $60 a month for both. can't beat that.

I am paying $99 for a 10x20. What’s nice is that I built a loft in the back that is 6’ off the ground and I can park the back end of my Jag under it with most of my dispenser on it. This still leave room for the 3 Ice machines (which is about 2 Soda Machines side by side) and room to add to that.

Isn't the garage for storing the lawn tractor?

It is off of I71 at the wilmington rd exit in Orgonia. The # is 1800-471-1633. It is in the sticks. They are getting ready to expand. Let him know that the Coke machine guy sent you.
