A friend is asking me for information about an upright cooler, probably recent, made by SANDEN. Called a Coca-Cola Showcase. Model is 1C2KO.
It has "etched" looking glass on three sides of a bottle of Coke. I think he said its around 36" high. Any value to this if he were to sell it to me? I have only
seen a photo on his cell phone.
Thank you.

Searches aren't turning up any Sandon machines. They do seem to make compressors.
Regret not much help.

SANDEN is (or was) the parent company of VENDO   blush , they make glass door merchandising coolers under the Sanden name brand.

The cooler you mentioned is a commercial unit & I see them going for aprox. $300 at local store appliances/retail equipment re-sellers. & Craigs list.

Collectable? not really in the classic sense, but practical for the garage or man-cave.

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor

"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

Thank you Johnnie. I kinda figured it was a countertop merchandiser for bottled sodas. I figured it wasn't more than 25 years old but I might be wrong.
