Thanks to everyone for the comments. I would like to pass on what I did with the insulation and sound deadening. It is probably amateur night for most of the veterans on the site, but here it goes anyway. I put sound deadening on the back end of the tub where the evaporator sits. I also put a layer of  double reflective insulation on the back end of the tub and door liner. I am sure it is over kill but I have to tell you after it cools down the condenser only comes on once an hour to hour and twenty minutes. Drinks stay at approx 31-32 degrees. The machine is so quite, you almost have to open the bottle door to make sure it is on.
