Sorry to hear that, but maybe you guys could use this post to help some brothers out just in case..............

That's too easy.
First, if you have an eBay issue, it must be as a buyer or seller. after a bunch of searching and clicking, you'll get to a page that says contact us. Then you must click through a bunch of buttons as buyer or seller, right down to the type of issue, and the specific item. If you get anything incorrect, it swirls you right back to the start. Once (if) you are successful in getting it right, the final two buttons are "contact us" and "ask the community".
In order to contact them, you get a phone number and a code. If the code expires or you don't have a code, the phone robot will not let you proceed. If you get through, you talk to someone in China (read Rays comments).
If you "ask the community" that takes you to a series of chats, etc where everyone is bitching about whatever problem they have with eBay. The process take a lot of time, and stress.
That is what I just went through on Monday. Is that how it worked for you Ray?
