Picked this up on Sunday, I can't find any tags on it but doing a little searching I believe it's a Quickold Jumbo. Can someone confirm or deny? Either way I would like to know some history on it. I know it's been "repainted", from the decals on it I would say it was "repainted" in the early 70's. Fill me with wisdom cooler guru's!!

Nice cooler, I think it's a quikold 3000wd2 not 100% though, looks like a fun one to have though! You can have a block party and supply the drinks for everyone!

Thanks for the reply's! Yeah I'm gonna have to pull a window to get it into my basement, then have someone come look at it. Plug it in and the fans spins but I can hear it cycling about every 15 - 20 Sec. Theeeeen break the bank filling it with pop and other assorted beverages!  biggrin

Us guys that have dealt with coolers of this size.................would advise you to look into refrigeration repair before you lug it downstairs.

Is that so I can take it to them rather than a house call? Or is it so I don't have to pack it back out if I can't get it running? I figured it would be better to get it fixed after I drop... er move it down stairs.
