I'm not sure Ezra, but I haven't seen anyone stir the pot more than you...I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I really don't understand why you post some of the comments you do. I like this board and 99% of the people here are great and would bend over backwards for other members. I hope this includes you. I would also like to think you just have a different sense of humor that maybe I don't always get...

I think it's a pretty common technique used by people who didn't get there first to "poison the well" and put doubt in the seller's mind that perhaps they should not have sold it to the person they chose. They try to undo the deal that was made so they can buy it themselves. I have a pretty solid idea where this all came from and will take appropriate measures when this is all done.

I don't think it's a nice thing to do or the way I would choose to behave but I know it happens! I've learned in life that I can't control the behavior of others so I try to just move past that. Too many positive things in life to dwell on the negative!
