huge double dot pepsi porcelain sign...double sided with frame for hanging..

just picked this up and have only found one like it online..it didn't have the frame like mine...how much value would the frame add to it? its 32 inches tall and 55 inches long...its awesome...the other side is actually a little nicer...my heart was pounding when I found this...it was an amazing string of events that led me to this...whats a good way to get the rust off where it has run down out the little holes over the years? also is there something you can wipe on the sign to make it shine a little?

I use car polish on my signs. It worked well for me.
