I live 2.5 hours away so shipping is not an issue. What would be your max bid if you were in the same situation? Its already getting pretty close. Im at $1650 tops

I think $1500.00 should be about the max.

The question would be.  Is it to keep or in the future is it going to restored and sold?  I'll step up for something that I want.  I won't go crazy with it, just set a limit and stick to it.

If it's a nice original, it's worth the drive....if its something you're just going to flip, factor in your time and gas...I think that's a $1500 machine only if it was next door to me...not enough left on the bone to drive and get it.

I bought one similar to that one for around $1600.

There is a lot of work there so factor in that cost if you plan to keep!

Yeah,,

like non of us other soda machine collectors or other people for that fact , don't have daily searches on ebay/craigslist and other internet sites daily for soda machines?

its funny when someone brings up a "FIND" on EBAY.. they think they are the only one who has seen it..

hate to break it to ya fellows... but where not the only ones ...

I personally have daily searches on ebay,Craigslist set up on my iphone... it alerts me when anything with my search criteria pops up anywhere...

Good luck to all who may be bidding...

I think that is the first soda machine I've seen with a water fountain which did not have the cooling lines running through the machine!
You can have hot water for free or a cold drink will cost you a dime!!  laugh

Because if you're looking for one, you will pay closer to what it's "worth." When they "pop" up and you buy it, it's more about the deal.
