WANTED; Pepsi Progress Cooler Handle

I have Pepsi Progress Cooler - in good condition I'm restoring for my father, but it is missing the cooler handle (not the lid handle). Does anyone have an extra or know where to get one (even repop)?

Also lid is heavily indented - as a last resort will take it apart (not easy it seems) but if anyone has a decent lid to spare I'd love to see one offered.

The attached is a pic of the same cooler, (but not mine).
