       Joey, you probably have too many projects to begin restoring this jewel.
Please spray it with a coat of Rustmort, wait a few minutes as you watch the surface rust get sucked out of the yellow, then scrub and rinse.
You will double the value of this cooler where it sits............................  and we do hope you will show us the results.  hopefull
