The Quizzette I recently picked up didn't have a key and none of the others I have opened it. As I really don't want to drill the lock, any chance someone has a key for it?

Number on the lock is C2245. Know its a long shot but figured I would ask.

Thanks in advance.

Just curious what the lock is on? Doubt I have the key but I will look if it's from a machine I have.

If it's a candy machine maybe ask Roger at crowriver.com
he may have one or can tell you who to contact... gotta be a collector out that has keys for this... example Rod has several for
Vendo and Cavalier and has helped me out.
Gotta be someone out there that would understand that code/key number.

It's for a Wise Owl Quizzette I picked up the other day.

A local lock smith was able to make me a key for my v56, I took him the lock and $8.00 later I had a key. If you haven't called one it Might be worth a try.
There's always a ton of old keys on ebay but you might end up buying 1000's before you find the right one.
I have been able to get a key for a cabinet at work online but you usually need the lock manufacture along with the code.
Good luck, it's a cool little machine.

Thanks for the tips. Only issue is the locksmiths around me are hardly ever open. Sad

Reached out to a few in the past on other machines and no luck.

Have a guy that rocks on old keys. (80+ years old) Will be a there in couple of weeks.
Post a pic of the lock and will see what I can do.
Could very well be a bust. For that I apologize.
