Habco 2/4head dispensing fountain-m c canns eng

Hi, I'm the volunteer property manger of our church and we have a Habco 4 head X2  beverage dispensing machine fountain system manufactured by I believe M C Canns Engineering Mfg Co out of Los Angles, Calf.. It's approximately 25+ years old.

The cooling unit keeps freezing up after about an hour after being turned on. Coke-A-Cola is the supplier and service rep for us. They have been in a number of times to correct the problem with no success. Each time they show up , there's an excuse like never seen one like this before or parts are not available.

So I turn to this forum for any suggestions or direction. Unfortunately, the syrup volume that the parish uses does not warrant a replacement system from Coke-A-Cola.

Is the company M C Canns Engineering Mfg Co / Habco still around so that I could enquire there?
