Well, I'm not really sure of the value. But I can tell you that it's a Westinghouse Select-O-Matic. Just a guess, I'm thinking

.
Probably originally a Coca-Cola, from the color of the cabinet.

Pixel is right on the model, and I'd say it was originally a Coke since the 7-up plexi looks like it was hacked off something else.
Value is a toss-up, since this is the largest of the three in the model line (60, 78, 102) the value drops as you go up. Going to be VERY heavy as well, I had a 78 a few years back and don't want to think about moving it again.
Might be able to part it out, if the vend motor is working, that alone is worth $75-100, plus you add in the compressor value and most of the other parts are interchangeable with the more desirable smaller models (stack could be cut down if someone was desperate).
Personally I would pass on it unless it's under $150.
