Thanks pinball dude. Was the first question I asked the seller and so far no response.

All I have to go on is the pic and "1930's?"  help

30's/40's. It is spring driven to launch the marbles. Graphics aren't anything special. $50 absolute tops.

If I had to guess, I would suggest you start looking at ABT games. Here's "Scram" note the similar instruction card and the red playfield:
