Ideal slider questions

Questions about my ideal 300 slider

1) The lid springs don't hold the lid open.  Are these hard to replace?  Does anybody know what kind of springs I need?

2) I am missing the Front Rack supports.  Does anybody have some for sale? or a set of drawings that I can use to make my own.

3) Did this model come with rear rack supports?  The rack seems to have slots that line up with the holes in the side of the tub so don't know if I need the rear supports or just use screws through the slots.

4) How hard is it to remove the tub on this model.  I would like to replace the insulation.
