Need help with Fluorescent Bulb change out? Cavalier CSS-8-64

Hi all,

Need your help.  My CocaCola sign light is out.  How do I change the Fluorescent Bulb?  There are two little pan head screws at the bottom of the black metallic frame, but I couldn't get the sign apart.

Can anyone help?

       Pry the bottom of the sign out towards you, the top is held in by pins.

  Do I remove the (2) small pan head screws then pry out?  Or keep the screws in?

  I am SOOO grateful for you guys and this forum.  Just think about it.  You may have extensive knowledge, but for people like myself, a casual enthusiast, that have only one machine…. prior to the internet, obtaining the knowledge on "how to" would have been an act of congress finding the right guy.  Just minor tribulation on the bulb change, but I got it done, and again, am grateful for your help.  Thanks.
