Canadian Vendo 39 wiring relay

Has anyone ever seen a relay like this? It's Rancho - I've replaced it with a 3in1, but wanted to re install it to verify other electrical issues I'm having.
Trouble is, I never took a photo of the wiring BEFORE I removed it - and the Vendo 39 manual seems to show a different relay than I have.
