As the title says the correct change light does not light up when the change tubes are empty. Has anyone got any suggestions as to what is causing this? The wires are intact no voltage present at the spade connectors

Sorry it's a caviler USS-8-64 I have done some additional checking the Coinco acceptor has a reed missing in one of the coin tubes. Since there is only one I suspect that because somewhere along the way it was removed the device thinks there is still coins in the one tube. If I find a good deal on a coin acceptor I'll replace it.
