Seriously, they are still available online from Target, Sears, Best Buy, etc.  Cost is a little higher, but they are available.

Ed - I look at this as a "gateway" for those with spousal approval issues.    "Look honey, it's just a cute little mini-fridge" hardly takes up any room at all.    ("Cute" is often a key word for spousal approval.)   

Then... a few weeks later, "Gee - that is a cool little machine, but I bet a real one would look better...."   <BAM> The seed is planted!
