I'm just about done restoring my V-23 and I can't figure out how to put the bottle door back onto the top.  I took it apart so long ago and I can't find my pictures on the door.  Obviously there has to be some torque put on the spring in order for it to spring back shut but I can't figure it out.  Can anyone help me?

My 23 bottle door is different, but from looking at yours I think the small arm of the spring goes in the hole and the long arm puts pressure on the door. The hole is offset and would line up perfectly with the small arm. Then bend the long arm around as you drive the pin through.

Thanks Tom.  I got it installed.
