OK..I brought donuts...some coffee...and some ice water is anyone wants some.As you can see I'm from DEETROIT and let me say first off..THIS SITE rocks.A little background you say.? I have always been interested in old pop machines..older pinball machines and older advertisement signs and such.In fact I have a few of my signs on EBay for sale.I was a car builder..( Think old Model A Ford Coupes..say 1929 to 1930..) but due to the loss of my home I kinda had to make a FEW adjustment..cant buy everything I see now..which sucks because I come across SO many deals...( found two REALLY old..say 1950s 7-up glass bottle machines in a garage but when I went back 2 days later..garage torn down with machines thrown out...YIKES..)Well I have more to post but I will start a NEW SUBJECT on what I need to ask and if i get ANNOYING please remind me..I am a hands on guy and kinda slow when I have to READ through it..

Welcome Dave. California here and we don't know a lot about that Michigan Mafia except what we hear. We hear that it's a group of guys that drive around the state buying signs and soda machines from the elderly (yes their grandchildrens inheritance) for pennies on the dollar..............then make them eat dog food ?

Sometimes we buy direct from the grand-kids, since they have no idea how a non electric mech pop machine works.

Great, just what we need, another Michigan guy that's going to come into Ohio and pick our machines. If you ever need one picked up in North East Ohio Dave let me know I'll be more than happy to help out.
