Well, I got very lucky again this morning, I woke up and was checking out the antiques section of Craigslist and this Squirt cooler was on there for $30, 5 miles from my house. I emailed and got a response back and just went and picked it up. The woman bought it 20 years ago and had plans to turn it into a planter There are some people true to their word, she said she had about 50 emails for it and mine was the first so I got it. Very little rust on it, the lid was dented in but a quick pull and it popped right back into shape.

Spoon-feeding Newbies since 2001... Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes. Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon! The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor 11 is louder than 10... "Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

If you turn it into a planter, make sure to drill holes into the bottom so water can drain out. That's what I do with mine.

The woman bought it 20 years ago and had plans to turn it into a planter There are some people true to their word, she said she had about 50 emails for it and mine was the first so I got it. Since she honored her word to you I think it only fair that you honor her intent with the cooler. All you have to do is take the drain cap off and it should drain nicely. I'll vote for petunias.

Nicely done. I used to see them all the time but the last 10 years they seem to have "dried up." I would vote for a cactus.....
