luckily the wood frame in the bottle door is in Great shape... no rot and still original grey paint on it.

now the wood frame on the main door that  is a different story... I figured out why the door sagged so much.. the hinges that are screwed into the wood frame where loose and the wood frame on the hinge side was split from top to bottom.. so I'll be making a new one which doesn't look too hard.  the other wood framing parts are in decent condition,, some wood conditioner and paint maybe and we'll call them good.

someone a while back was talking about making all new wood framing with all the notches and mortises cut out? where did that end up?
