Value / info ?

I would like any information or links to the 2 machines I've got.  The first is a Victor C-31, we have been using it in the back room of our bar for the past 15 years keeping extra beer cold, which it does very well. It has embossed CocaCola emblems on it but appears to have been repainted all red sometime in the past.It also has the original wire rack dividers.  Considering its assumed age I would rate it as good or better.  The second is a Westinghouse WH-221.  It has been collecting dust in our storage room for the past 15 years since we've owned the bar. It appears to be similar to the picture of the WH-12t I've seen.  It may work but I haven't tried it yet.  I recently became aware of these machines after seeing a similar one on e-bay and that they may be collectors items.  Thanks for any help
