Here's a pretty cool looking Coke sign.  I'm not so sure about the claim that it's from the 40's seeing the aluminum frame and plastic ornamentation, but still cool nonetheless.  Perhaps one of you experts can shed a bit more light on the sign and it's authenticity/dating...Huh?  Overpriced too, I think...but maybe not?

PETRETTI'S has a few signs like that on page 274 in the 12th edition but the frame looks correct and the drink coca cola sign looks wrong. the sign should not be square.Looks like old frame with a new sign hooked in it.The most a glass sign of that style listed is for $1200

     Thanks for the reference page, I have never seen this style before.
I'm sure the glass is original, it may have the word drink, which is not seen in the book but the trade mark is a real strong indicator. The angle of the photo makes the shape of the true sign look different.
