cavalier cs 64 chrome removal

Happy New Year to everyone,

I am currently disassembling a Cavalier CS64 but can't figure out how to remove the chrome on the main door around the outside! If anybody could help me out that would be great!

Best to take some pictures of what you are trying remove so we can follow exactly what you actually trying to do.

You will find lots of help here on the site, may take folks a few days to reply, but you shouldn't have any problems.

Again Welcome and before you know it you will have a whole army of machines in your garage like the rest  of us!!!

       Most of my 64's trim is held in place with screws, and are only acessed by opening the door fully.  The early models were held in with snaps.

Thanks for the quick replies. I have the door completely apart and can see that they are held in with screws but how do you remove the screws without damaging the trim. I tried sliding the trim but that didn't work. 

I took a picture but the file is to large for the forum.

The screws are at the top and both sides
