Hi,
I bought a bottle rack for an Ideal 55 slider, and it to tall and the holes don't line up. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone have a fix?
Thanks

You may have bought a rack from a Cornelius slider, and they don't fit in Ideal sliders.

Post a pic and we can help identify what you have.

Post a pic of the rack.  I think that is an Ideal 55.

i defer to the slider man.  I'm tired, it's hot,  and i need new glasses, the body  looks stubby to me.

That's not the machine I bought, just the pieces off it. My machine is clearly a 55 slider double dot. But thank you guys for your help.

You have the right rack. Right now, it is placed too high inside the tub.

That's the problem I can get it any lower. Where the coin Mech makes its way through it doesn't line up with the rack, almost like the rack is like an inch taller.

The coin mech sqaure shaft goes thru the hole on the side of the machine and fits into the square hole on the flapper/bottle gate.

Do you have a bottle gate/flapper?

Could there have been extension brackets welded to the lower front and back?
This would essentially raise the rack, but these are primarily found on the Ideal 35 and maybe others but I have never seen them on the 55.
