I saw one outside a local antique shop over the weekend, but it was not the usual male cop with the normal colorscheme that pops up consistently here.   This one looked like a woman crossing guard with thick hips that was a black and red/maroon color scheme.   Anyone else seen one of these? Didn't have the original base, just some cobbled together square metal pipe

As the Conehead's used to say when asked about their peculiar looks and ways..."We're from FRANCE!!!!!!"

Probably Quebec in this case

There was one shown in a thread not too long ago. I think it's a man though.

It sold today for $125...... darn glare darn  glaredarn glare darn  glaredarn

In Maine there are a couple of large french speaking areas in mill town areas. They are not like they once were, but I live one town over from one and still hear french in the grocery store. Only the oldest are not bi-lingual now a days.

There are several towns that are proud of their Franco-american backgrounds, Biddeford and Lewiston are the 2 largest. Also, Old Orchard Beach is actually a huge vacation area for french Canadians, I also have that town on the other side!!  Some days in the summer I see more Quebec Licence plates then Maine!!  tounge Keep spending money and keep out economy rolling!!
