VMC 110 grill question

Hi all
Just a qustion about the 110 grills on the sides.
Did all VMC 110's come with the "double" grill, wher there is a vertical break of the grill?
Ive noticed that the Vendo 110's have the grills with no break, and the VMC 110 has the break.
I hope I explained myself lol.
