Ever get the feeling….

O.K. so this just happen to me and I wanted to know if anyone else has a similar story.
Two months ago I was in Ashland Oregon with my family at a soccer tournament for my daughter. On our way to one of her games I got an overwhelming urge to stop at antique stores and look around for a fountain dispensers. I had not seen a store since we had been there but all of a sudden I was on the look out. Less than a mile down the road I found one, it looked more like “Sanford & Son’s” junkyard, but the sign out front said antiques. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to stop because we needed to get to the game. The next day was a holiday and most of the stores where closed, including that store one other I found, so I was not able to look around on that trip. It was really bugging me that I couldn't stop and look and I just couldn’t shake the feeling that there was a fountain dispenser near by waiting for me to find it.
Fast forward to 10 days ago. A very hard to find and rare Orange Crush dispenser shows up on eBay, and it is listed as being in Oregon! I email the seller to find out where it is in Oregon and his reply lets me know it is just out side of Ashland. So yesterday the auction ends and I am the winning bidder. I contact the seller about picking it up and deiced to make the 6-hour drive to get it today (I still can shake the feeling I had 2 months ago and need to get up there to see where it is). So when I get there (yep you guessed it) it is at the “Sanford & Son” antique store. The funny part is that today is the first day the dispenser has ever been in the store. He just brought it to the store where he works for an easy place to meet me. The seller just got it from the guy who pull it out of the local drug store in the 50’s. He had known about it and had been trying for 3 years to get it from the guy.
So the next time I get that feeling I will take the time to look around.
