HEY PEOPLES I'VE HAD THIS MACHINE FOR A LONG TIME. I JUST USE IT TO STORE SOME OF MY ACL SODA BOTTLES. IT LOOKS TO NEVER HAD A SLIDERS INSIDE OR A COIN BANK ATTACHED I GOT IT AT KALIL BOTTLING PLANT IN TUCSON. THERE IS A HOLE ABOUT 1 INCH IN DIAMETER NEXT TO THE PLATE WHERE THE COIN BOX WOULD HAVE BEEN. IT WORKS JUST GREAT. IT SAYS ON THE BACK IT'S AN IDEAL A 55 . IT RUNS GREAT .IT HAD A DR. PEPPER STICKER OVER THE ROYAL CROWN EMBOSSING ON THE FRONT. IT ONLY NEEDS NEW GASKETS ON BOTH DOORS . I HAVE NO KEYS BUT A STANDARD SOCKET EXTENTION WORKS  THE STROAGE DOOR. OH YES WHEN I FOUND IT THE ONLY OTHER MACHINES WERE  THOSE  ONES IN CAGES THAT THEY USE AT SCHOOLS , I ONLY PAID $50. FOR IT 20 YRS. AGO.

Nice machine! The RC Colas look great fully restored. If you are looking for parts I've seen the slider racks and coin mechs pop up on ebay every now and then.

Good  find, It's nice to get them in their original state so that why you can see what you really got instead of someone half a$$ idea of a restoration.

THE ONLY THING I PLAN ON DOING TO IT IS REPLACE THE GASKETS ON THE DOORS,,THEN MAYBE IN THE FUTURE PAINT IT . AND THE REASON IT HAS THAT DAMAGE TO THE PAINT ON THE FRONT IS THERE WAS A DR. PEPPER STICKER OVER THE NAME .

WELL PEOPLES  I TRIED TO KEEP IT FOR A IFE TIME ..BUT... TIMES ARE HARD NOW AND I LISTED IT ON OUR LOCAL CRAIGS LIST..GOT TWO INQUIRES ON IT .  ONLY ONE CAME BY TO LOOK IT OVER . THE STRANGE THING THE MINUTE THE GUY AND HIS FAMILY CAME IN THE DOOR HE HANDED ME THE ASKIN PRICE WITH OUT EVEN SEEIN IT IN PERSON . TURNS OUT HE'S A COLLECTOR WHO RESTORES THEM. IT WENT TO A GOOD FAMILY..AND I TRIPLED MY INVESTMENT . GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS.
