I feel kinda stupid.  I think the second pic from the top is actually part of the locking bar.  It goes inside the coin door area on the right.    down

The two bottom pieces in the photo are in the correct positions, you just need to slide the C shaped piece as-is into the larger frame piece.  Their should be 3 panes of glass, the two larger ones go on the outsides, and the smaller one in the center.

Sorry been busy at work and the soda machine work.   It is the two lower items in the picture  and on the Glass make sure the hole or if you have the corners sniped go on the inside and the full pane
is outside  and keep the hole or sniped corners towards the bottom.
