Question about cavalier coke machine

I have what I believe to be a Cavalier CSS-142, but am not 100% sure.  I have had the machine for a little over a year and I have two questions?

1)Where on the machine do I need to look to learn what model Cavalier machine I have.  It looks very similiar to the model shown on this web site, square top, holds 12 bottles, etc.

2)The Coca-Cola display on the front panel is solid red, with the Coca-Cola written in white, with the Coca-Cola wave underneath.  Is this the original display??  The model shown on this web site shows the display to be all white, with the Coca-Cola written in red with no wave?  If this is not the original display, where can I locate an original and what is considered a reasonable price for one?
