Thought I 'd post a picture of my newest toy. Its a 1933 Rockola Jigsaw. I've had the sister machine World Series for a few years now.
This old girl popped up on Ebay a week or so ago and I picked her up Sunday. She's in lovely condition. The Marque is not original although
very old. The machine has been adapted for the UK market and works on one of our old Pennies (50c coin size).

The playfield is as good as you can get. The puzzle pieces are in great condition. One or two are sticking at the moment but I think
its a common problem and should hopefully be sorted out with new springs.

Needs a set of legs. I have the orignal legs from the World Series so will need to source a good carpenter to knock me out another set.
I can get them from the US but at $260.00 plus postage might be a cheaper option to get some made locally.

I've bought in today into my little room and the kids have been playing with it. They have given it thumbs up.

This is a Ebay deal that has worked really well. Now on the hunt for an Army V Navy to complete the series

That is nice Dave! How big is it?
You should be running out of room soon - no!
Does Mrs. B give it a thumbs up? Her approval is more important than the little ones I would think.

Hi Ya Tom...

The machine is only a tiddler 3' x 1.5' but even so space is almost non existant. Have tried to negociate some square footage in
the rest of the house but that went down like a lead balloon with Mrs B... Its sitting in the middle of the room at the moment
but once it has some legs I'll have to have a good move around.

Great score, Dave! I love the old Pure Mechanical (PM) games. Have you ever checked out the Sands Mechanical Museum website? If you haven't, I bet you'd enjoy it! They've got tons of info on the World Series and other EM & PM pinballs and games.
