So win an auction. We only use one paypal account so need to know the correct email address to send payment to. After 4 emails to seller finally responds "do you still want this" "I tried to call".
He never tried to call phone would have noted that. Sent reply that "yes I still do, need correct email to send payment". No reply.

eBay has now attached a no pay to my account. And it is not possible to pay for the item anymore.

Sad state of affairs when the attempting to pay customer doesn't get a chance to respond and the seller is always right.

Rant off :-)

A while back I brought  a user motherboard out of desperation on eBay (it was the only place I could find it) it and ran into a similar situation  and got nowhere with the seller,  then I found this ebay link  
http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/  and submitted my side of the transaction and after some emails & few weeks  it was resolved, might be worth a try if you haven't already.

I think its probably a ploy from the seller not to sell to you.. Did you get it cheap???

Ebay is that neccesary evil in most of our life's... It really the only place you you just have to type something in
and up it pops.

Mant a time I have had my own private rants with it.Both buying and selling.

I just had an issue with GREEDBAY as well....
Won an item (I was the only bidder) and PAYPAL was an option for payment.... when it came time to pay, the seller said I can't use PAYPAL because I live in CANADA.... WTF?  I contacted ebay, they are useless... and now I have an unpaid note on my account!

Baffles me why they aren't more responsive to customers. Seems like a lot of effort to attach no pay to an account.
They lost revenue from the current sale and in my case all future sales.
