Coke Airline cooler

Does anyone have any recommendations on removing the inner liner of a coke airline cooler? I have tried several different ways, but can't get it to budge. Any thoughts are welcomed.

I wouldn't try pulling it out. If I remember right, it has a fold over lip on the edge. This would be impossible to put back. If it's rusted out, I would JB-Weld the areas and paint the insides.
Below is a photo of my airline cooler I restored. The insides were in great condition 'tho.

It has a stainless steel liner, it can't rust, unless of course you put an acid inside it.

Are you talking about using JB Weld as a filler? Is it sandable and will it hold?

Yes, I use JB Weld anytime I have metal holes to fill. If it's a large area of damage, you can first fill it with Bondo. Then apply a small layer of JB Weld over it to harden it up more.

The photo below shows my airline cooler when I first got it. There's rusted holes along the bottom. The JB Weld filled them in nicely. If you want to know about the embossed lettering, let me know.
