Like others have said, not much to report on. I was surprised how many people were there on Saturday. Usually when the weather is nice everyone seems to stay home. I picked this up. After I had it on a few minutes it sounded like a freight train. I ordered a new mechanism for it today. Now it will be battery powered, plus it has a neat feature. It will adjust for the time change twice a year all by itself. The information is stored inside the mechanism, so it does not need to receive a radio signal! KlocKit.com

Eric, Very Nice, I personal like Pepsi, That's pretty old from what I read in " http://www.pepsi.com/PepsiLegacy_Book.pdf " they came out with that marketing campaign during the depression around 1933 not 1993, .. (Thanks Signguy for your sharp eye ) if I'm reading it correct. Nice clock dr.galaga, clocks like that are one thing that can be retro fitted easily. Remember in BTTF when Marty said he'll have a Pepsi Free and soda jerk said you're have to play for it just like everyone else.?

It's original... Doubt I'll restore it anytime soon... I may paint the base, lids and cap catcher... no dents in the body or the chrome pieces. Have to get the 7up and Orange Squeeze done first... Plus it would take a while to trace, scan and clean up the embossing... It's close to the top as favorite! Again Thank You Neil!

Eric,
Wow that is nice cooler. Tell us the story how Neil got it? Was it at the show or did buy it before and just pick it up? Oh thanks for taking the candy machine for me to the guy in Missouri.

Ha.. No there are lots of brands out there... I HAVE to find a Root Beer one next for my son.... Then I'm done I've said and heard the "done" word, but it never sticks! I consulted Walter's book - What else is there for Quikolds? 1. Nichol Cola 2. Dr. Pepper 3. 7UP 4. Orange Crush 5. Pepsi 6. Nesbitt's 7. Double Cola 8. Hires 9. Whistle / Cleo 10 Royal Crown I never knew there were so many Quikolds - How would you rate each brand with respect to rarity?

11. Orange Squeeze 12. Orange Kist 13. Nehi 14. Barq's 15. 7up with the “You Like It - It Likes You ” different embossing 16. 2 types of Dr. Pepper embossing 17. 2 types Pepsi embossing 18. 2 types of Royal Crown embossing 19. Grapette 20. Bireley's 21. Others?...
Would love to see examples of them all... As for rarity don't really know how many are still out there... 7up seems to be the most common the Whistle/Cleo standard in the book is the only I know of I've never seen or heard of another Orange Squeeze yet but I'm sure they're out there. Can anyone else add to the list? And post pictures?... I think this company embossed more for anyone (and I mean anyone... little companies) than any other...
