If a machine is laid down for 4-5 days how long should I wait before pluging it in once I stand it back up? Specifically a VMC 44.

some people say a few hours will do but I always stand it up for 24 hours just in case. no need to ruin a good machine to hurry a few hours.

Thanks Guys, I have no problem waiting 24 or a few more hours. I had always heard 24 if you lay a frig. down to move across town, but didn't know if I should extend that becuase of it being on it back so long. I'll problalby go 48hrs just to be on the safe side.
 Thanks, Johnny
