I am at work got a phone call, i was at 703.00  would have gone 900.  it would have still been a great price. The door makes the machine not the cabinet.

I would have done the same thing - put in the $40 asking bid just to prevent the seller from changing the wording in the title and then been there to snipe in the end. He could've attracted a lot more interest with a few more search words in the title. I believe the seller really did not know what he had.

I was in contact with the seller when it was first listed.. he did not know what he had, just and old pop machine door he told me ..
I of course at that asked if he'd sell it outright.. no go.

oh well. .someone still got a decent deal ... I had a couple of clients wanting a 7up , and they may have bid.. we'll see.

You'll most likely be able to find out who won it if you check the auction page in about a month.
Look at the seller's feedback and the buyer's user name will be visible if feedback was given by either party.
