Hello Adam,

I believe there is someone that is reproducing the V-39 Vending Drum...
You might contact a few of the Suppliers in the Parts Suppliers Section
I personally don't have a V-39...

Hi,

I was wondering if you ever found a template or designed one yourself?  I would like to try and make one, but don't know where to start.  Thanks for any info.

This post is very old and the poster appears to no longer be with us.

Perhaps others have completed the task in the last six years. The drum topic often pops up
here. It might be worth doing a search in the archives.

Corn Husker Sign company makes repro Vendo 39 Vending Drums if you need to go that route.

It may be $20 -30  in material, but with the cuttiing, geetting the proper weights and balancing,  templating, etc it's more headache than saving up for a repro.

I agree with Kilroy.  The last time I checked with Cornhusker, their repop drum was $375--I think they had a package deal as well if you were missing the rachet mech, release wire and drum post.  For $375, you get a drum that is tested and can also hold the 12 oz bottles.  That is money well spent in my book!

Yes that is a pretty good price. I just built a Vendo 39 and I was really surprised how complex the drum was. There really is a lot to it. I had thought about trying to repop one at one time and thought it would be simple but with the counter weight and the wratchet holes and tabs to hold the bottles and so on it is not very simple.

Thanks for the responses guys,  I guess I'll save up and buy the one from Cornhusker.
