Just about to wrap up my first shot at restoring a machine...a few details left but can see the home stretch now. Had this one sitting around for a while in my warehouse at work. It still cooled so I thought I'd try to fix her up. Not a perfect job and some things didn't go as planned (wife made me move out of the garage mid project)...but would not have gotten far without this board. I have not posted much but have read a lot so thanks to all for the tips, hints, suggestions, etc. I'm happy with how it turned out and my kids love to see it light up at night. Thanks everyone for such a great board! Am trying to post pics for first time so if they don't show up, I'll keep trying.

WOW you did a great job! The 63 is a great machine to own and use. I am getting ready to start on one myself. Welcome to the board. Have you found your second machine yet? You may think you only want/need one but trust me by this time next year you will have dozens of them

Spoon-feeding Newbies since 2001... Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes. Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon! The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor 11 is louder than 10... "Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.
