Well I went to go pick up a Seeburg M100BL today and was talking to the owner and he told me that he had an old vending machine in the back lot. We went for a ride and he had a junk yard in his back yard with probably 500 or more cars mostly fords from the 1940's 50's and 60's. We stopped at an old Vendo Milk Machine. It has been there since the early 70's and it is in shockingly good condition for being out there that long. The plastic door is in great condition and the rack is all there with the counter weights. the only problem is the cabinet is rusted out pretty bad. The top display is in pretty bad condition. one main door hinge is rusted off and so on. I think this is a parts machine. Didn't someone here have a Milk machine missing a rack?

Here are two things from the junk yard that caught my eye. How often do you see big chunks of airplanes and stackes of old aircraft jet engines

Plus did you get that Cav 51 Wondering about the fan motor and now I'm thinking about the front face plate.

Its not too bad but it would need a new cabinet. Its a V81 or V80 cabinet so that shouldn't be too hard to find one. With a new cabinet it would be savable. Here is the rust

Yep it is seriously out in the middle of nowhere! I will be selling the milk machine. I would like to keep it together and if someone has a scrap 81 or 80 they could piece it together but I just don't have the time and we are moving next week and I really need the $$$ so I will be selling this machine. If no one here needs a bunch of parts I will sell it like it sits.
If someone here is interested in this machine please let me know. Make me an offer.

They are pitted but savable. The coin door has a dent at the locl but it can be fixed.

I am very happy it is going to be save also. I just don't have the money or time to save it. I wish I had picked up the Bennet pump he had there. The front skins were rotted but the porcelain computer faces were ok.
Does anyone know if bennet skins are reproduced? if they are I will go back to get this pump. I honestly never thought of it until now.

Depending on the model number Bennette.. new doors should not be to hard to find for the common pumps like the 600 , 900 or 1000 series pumps, dont' think GPH sells them but I think Ron Scobie does or Vicks.. couple hundred bucks for new doors typically
