Hello, I haven't been able to figure this out... My pop machine dosen't refund change, when the refund lever is pulled down... Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? I have it set to 5 cents per vend, and it will work if I put in more than 5 cents (example: if I put in 10 cents, and click a selection button, it will vend the pop, and give me a nickle back) but it wont refund the change if I dont select anyhthing... Any ideas?  help

I have a Coinco S75-9800B coin machine in my machine... If that helps  Oo

Thanks,

As far as I know, the S75-9800's aren't able to 'return' money that was put in, it can only give change for over-value.  When you are pressing down the return lever, it only affects change that is stuck in the slug rejector.  If a coin make is through the rejector, then it can't be sent to the coin return slot.

There may be some other options for coin mechs that have this feature included, the 9800's seem to work well for personal use, but if you are trying to make some money or have it in a public area, it might not be your best bet.

You are correct, A 9800 coinco doesn't have an 'Escrow" feature

Oh ok. Thats good to hear that nothing is not working right with it  laugh. I'm just curious, what other coin machines that have the 'Escrow" feature would be "compatible" to swap out and put in the pop machine

Thanks,

I believe Coinco Model 9340 will as it has Escrow select switch.  If interested, PM me as I have no use for
it.  Will sell pretty cheap.
