Hello, Looking for opinions on the value of a VMC 33, Very nice original condition, always stored indoors, everything is working. A very presentable machine the way it is. Thanks

Asking price is $800.00. I do not know how to post pictures, sorry. Can you help me with something? I think I have seen Coke VMC33's that have a 2 piece aluminum front door on the main door while others have just the main sheet metal door that is painted red. The one I am looking at does not have the aluminum doors. Thanks

There were two 33's First one produced shortly after the Dual 27 had split doors Second one produced had the solid single door (aka 33-3D) - Coke model was not embossed and there were Pepsi and 7UP embossed versions. 33-3D is considered more desirable, but $800 seems high (to me) for the Coke version.

There are two prices, the price you are willing to pay when you want to turn around and sell at a profit and the price you are willing to pay for something you really like and plan on keeping for years to come. I paid $800.00 for a really nice, working and very presentable Pepsi Vendolater 27B. And I have no intentions of selling it anytime soon. Which is probably a good thing because I am not sure I could get that much out of it.
So you got ask yourself, "do you really need a VMC 33."

I would think that in today’s market, one should be able to get a decent 3D-33 Coke between 350- 600.
Sort of related, but my 3D-33 is at the body shop now and I'm doing it as a fantasy (Fanta?) Orange Crush. Found a local upholstery guy who likes Orange Crush and will trade for a job on my Aussie right-hand drive Falcon (Mad Max base care). This machine should look very cool. Will be posting pics.

R C Kid, You hit the proverbial nail on the head! I do not really need the machine, it's one of those things, "I want the VMC- 33 for my shop to go along with my gas pumps, signs, etc". I just like "stuff" from the 50"s in my shop. Your observation is exactly where I am.
Regards

Nice looking machine. If you really want this 33 then go in with cash at $650-700.
