Help with wc78md value

A relative just gave me one in need of restoration.  This site was the only one showing this model.  I noticed the value stated at this site is N/A.  I'm assuming that either means cha ching or melt it down for scrap metal  '>

It is a 4-6 on a scale of 10.  Anyone here who could help I'd appreciate it.

Just moving to a more relative Discussion Area...

As far as a value, is the machine complete?, does it function properly? and since you stated it's a 4-6 condition out of 10 leads me to think it's not in that good of shape...
With all this said, my opinion would be between $50 - $200
