Comments:    This mobile self-contained electric pre-mix dispenser can be a single flavor like the Victor SCU 100-3! Series or as a two, three and four flavor dispenser. It was available in plain white baked enamel paint or in franchise colors and design. This unit is complete with electric cooling and one, two, three or four dispensing values. Casters are standard equipment but can be removed to create a permanent unit. According Victor, the outstanding performance lies in the circulating ice-water bath in which the product coils are immersed. Around the outside of this water bath electric clooing coils maintain a constant wall of ice. This ice bank is continuously melting and yet continuously being re-frozen ensuring a constant temperature.
