Comments:    The Gries 4-EC utilized the Westinghouse Standard Electric Cooler! for the cabinet and they manufactured the vending mechanism for use on the cooler. The bottles are held in cylinders that rotate along a track to a hole where a patron can remove a bottle. After the correct change is inserted, the crank handle rotates the cylinders that are similar to a "belt". This vendor utilizes "mechanical refrigeration" whereas the Gries 4-IC Enclosed and the Gries 4-IC Open use "ice refrigeration".
