We are looking at a Coca Cola vending machine with the model #CS-648. I have tried to look up every possible information that I could and still could not find anything on this. Is this Cavalier?

Based on the number you provided, I would tend to think you have a CS-64. As for the "8" on the end, maybe this is an "E"; thus the model CS-64E.
Without a photo, I'm taking an educated guess... '<img'>
I'll post a photo of two models, you can than see which is closer to yours...

I think the CS-64 went into production in late 1959 and had a few various until the mid 60's when this model became the CSS-64.
That's about all I know on things like this 60's model...
