Hello everyone, I am pretty new to this site and was hoping I could get some help!
I have I think a V185 (Pictures below)
The problem I am having is when I put 25cents in 1 Quarter in goes in and clicks but when I push a selection button Nothing happens?
I have looked for loose connections, could not see any.
The box where the coin changer plugs into has a relay switch in it along with another type of solid switch with two terminal coming off of it.
I cleaned the contacts on the relay but no luck.
I have pushed all the relay switches on the ven motors and they all work and they are back to the home position.
Any Idea's where I might start to fix this problem?
Thanks to ever can   help    Also is this a V185?

It looks like a 185 to me when compared to the Soda Machines pictures here on SMC.
Have you tried looking for a manual?
Original manuals do pop up from time to time on eBay.

There are two sites that you can check for reproduction manuals:
www.sodamuseum.com
and
www.colamachines.com

I don't see the V-185-5 listed on either, but maybe a close model might offer some troubleshooting tips. I've found that the basic operation of these old machines didn't evolve real fast - just changes to this part and modifications to that part over time.

Thanks, May try to download that manual. Just hope I'm smart enough to understand it LOL
Anyone else have any advise what might be causing me not to get a can to drop after inserting the coin? All the collums have enough cans in them.
