Couple of weeks ago i noticed that the light would not turn off so i removed the light.  In doing so the top of the light fell apart.  I orded a new light and received it today.  Now the light will not come on.  I have tried to measure the voltage at the light connections and do get a reading.  Does anyone know what I should be seeing (voltage)?  Could this just be a bad light?  Please help...
